Technical Product Analyst

The Role

This is an opportunity to join the RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) administration and development team at PMC. PMC has thousands of agents connecting laptops, servers, desktops and Retail POS devices via an elastic, resilient, scalable, true cloud infrastructure.

The RMM team enhances and maintains the software powering the remote management and monitoring cloud service delivered from the Amazon AWS platform.

RMM provides our support desk with the tools to audit, manage, monitor, and support the distributed devices of our customers. We achieve this by installing an agent onto devices which communicate in real time with our cloud service in AWS.


  • Intermediate level of experience in an IT Analyst role or 2nd line support engineer.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Some coding experience with tools such as PowerShell, Shell scripting and SQL
  • Good understanding of database technologies, including SQL and T/SQL across SQL Server and Oracle databases.
  • An understanding of RMM/MDM and how these fit into an ITIL structured service.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Point of Sales (POS) systems support and troubleshooting is desirable
