We have an opportunity for an Operation Support Analyst L2 role, who would undertake resolution of incoming issues, within expected technical capability, understands the impact of incidents on the client and responds appropriately – exhibits right sense of urgency. This role demands attentiveness and adherence to process instructions and deadlines. Multitasking skill is the key requirement of this role. As process runs 24*7, rotational shift would be provided or can be changed as per the business requirements.

Experience in windows batch scripting
Experience on helpdesk, incident, and problem management as L2 support
Good understanding of Building tool – Maven, Gradle etc.
Very good understanding of ITIL framework and processes. ITIL certification is preferred.
Client interaction exposure
Retail IT domain knowledge - added advantage
24*7 Work process Environment. Hence the person should be comfortable to work in rotational shifts
