Position: Scrum Master
Contract Type: Permanent
The role is to facilitate multiple scrum teams and work closely with the Product Owner and the Delivery Manager to deliver the product/solution within budget and timeline. You will be responsible for establishing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology. The role extends to assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization. You will also be responsible for organizing and facilitating different scrum ceremonies (i.e. Daily Stand up, Sprint planning, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement etc.)
What you need to be successful:
You will have experience of facilitating Agile teams and strong knowledge of agile Principle, Values and practices. You will be having extensive experience with Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development), TDD (Test Driven Development), Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games. Experience of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.) is required.
As a Scrum Master, you must have an excellent English language skill i.e. verbal and written, strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, motivation and encouragement. Advocating accurate and comprehensive solutions to system problems & requirements.
First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) and knowledge of other Agile frameworks like Kanban, XP etc is desirable
