Sales Support Analyst

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to at the forefront of establishing a new business function in PMC called Sales Enablement.  The new function will support our company at a very exciting time of growth, helping us lay down the foundations for a new five-year plan to accelerate the growth of this already highly successful business.

The Sales Support Analyst role will be working with a small group of Sales and Account Managers, providing them with the support they need for their customer and prospect base. You will be expected to become familiar with their customers and be able to pick -up and deal with certain requests either directly or via the Account or Sales Managers.


  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Highley structured, with interest in the areas of documenting, designing and operating business process.
  • Good Spreadsheet and data analysis skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Customer skills with the ability to build, maintain and leverage relationships at all levels, for the benefit of all parties.
  • Possess effective and project management skills
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and a willing member of the team
  • Be able to work well alone and with cross functional business teams
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time well
