This is an exciting opportunity to lead the creating of a new business function in PMC called Sales Enablement.
As the Sales Enablement Lead, you will work closely with the Sales and Marketing Director, internal sales team, Account Managers, Marketing and Finance to define the scope (processes, functions and accountabilities) design and then implement the Sales Enablement function. The successful candidate will then have the opportunity, given their success in establishing the function, to manage and grow the function, bringing on board the additional resources needed to support our growing base of customers, sales and account teams.
Sales enablement is the process of providing the sales organization with the information, content, and tools that help salespeople sell more effectively. The foundation of sales enablement is to provide salespeople with what they need to successfully engage the buyer throughout the buying process.
Sales enablement analytics provide marketing and sales teams with data-driven insights to optimize their business and drive revenue.
Sales enablement has three roles in PMC:
Specifically, Sales Enablement will:
Data Analysis and Insights
Training and On-Boarding
Preparation of Bid Reviews
Preparation of MSA’s, TOR’s and SOW’s and managing the sign off process.
Customer invoice queries
