'Automated Testing'

Automation Testing refers to the software testing technique where test suites are executed using custom automated testing software strategies and an open-source approach to compare the actual and expected outcomes. It includes automating repetitive but necessary tasks through a formalized process that may already be in place or perform additional testing tasks that otherwise would be difficult to perform manually.

By increasing the scope and depth of the tests, test automation improves the overall software quality. It can provide significant coverage than manual testing as it is possible to run thousands of complex test cases through the automated testing process. Automation in testing helps business deliver their products faster to the market with cost-effectiveness, stability, and quality as the key performance indicators.
