Ei Group Web Application Upgrade delivers Enhanced UI and Streamlined User Experience

Ei Group is the largest pub company in the UK, with some 4,500 properties, predominatly run as leased and tenanted pubs. Ei Group also directly manages pubs and collaborates with experienced experts in the industry.

In the hospitality sector, serving customers and creating an enjoyable experience will always be paramount. Ei Group recognised the requirement to update and enhance the web based tool 'TSR' (Technical Service Requests), which allows staff to manage the availability of drinks at the bar. 

PMC worked with Ei Group using a fixed price, fixed scope project solution to improve the TSR application with guaranteed total visibility of project deliverables, timescales and costs. As a result of PMC development services, Ei Group's TSR is now up to date with increased capability. 

The PMC delivery team offered a complete service to Ei Group with strong project governance and best practice throughout. This project delivery approach allowed PMC to identify and propose improvements to the TSR application, resulting in several changes to the User Interface (UI). For Ei Group, this helped with ongoing staff training and streamlined the enhanced user experience.
