VCA Technology is a Video Analytics company who have created a video analytics tool which provides best-of-breed analytical performance for retailers, their systems are easy to use and embed into 3rd party systems at a price less than you might expect for such technology.
VCA had so far experienced great success within the US and UK Market and needed a senior sales candidate to comprise and execute a “go to market” strategy to attack the European market. The successful candidate would take up the role of European Sales Manager, the challenge was finding a candidate with vast experience selling retail software to retailers with the flexibility and knowledge to take on a European remit role - a truly rare breed of candidate!
VCA Technology selected PMC’s recruitment support service, to partner with them in finding a European Sales Manager. PMC conducted identified and screened six candidates deemed worthy of putting forward to VCA. Four of these candidates progressed to a final interview with VCA Technology. VCA Technology had a plethora of high quality candidates to asses and choose from due to PMC’s accurate assessment and in depth knowledge of the retail technology sales market. This allowed candidates accurately matching the requirements to be submitted.
