Paperchase has once again signed a multi-year contract with PMC for Store IT Managed Services.
Paperchase, the UK’s number one shopping destination for innovative and design-led stationery has extended its Store IT Managed Services contract with PMC.
PMC has been managing the overall store IT estate; including hosting the central servers, provision of helpdesk, application support, hardware maintenance, and operational management, for over 130 Paperchase outlets since 2011. This contract extension moves extra responsibilities around the provision of new stores and extra day-to-day responsibilities to PMC taking the relationship through to 2018.
