PMC announces exciting new 'Alembic City' site lease in Vadodara for growth of our employees
In 2023, PMC hit another huge milestone - reaching over 500 employees!
PMC now has over 500 staff, 120 retailers supported across the globe, and 6 customer-dedicated engineering teams established in our India office. Impressive milestones for 2023, of which we are all immensely proud!
We are experiencing strong demand for our services, with twelve new customers alone in 2023. They are taking a range of services with us, covering Consulting, Project Delivery, Engineering and Manged Services.
The market requirement and these customer foundations allow us to look out further, and plan how to support our customer demand for specialist retail technology services. Inevitably, this is more brilliant people with the energy, skills, tools and capabilities to support our customer transformations.
With this in mind, PMC have signed an agreement with Alembic City in Vadodara to lease a new site that will allow us to grow beyond 1,000 employees in India. The site construction has already commenced, and we anticipate it being ready for us in 2025.
Alembic City is a campus that has been designed with what businesses like us need to thrive, with fantastic working, social and meeting facilities all in the one area. In addition to our existing Corner Heights office, which we are further investing in to accommodate more modern hybrid working styles and collaboration, this will provide us with plenty of room to grow.
We are thrilled with the new Alembic City plan, and can't wait to see how it'll fuel our growth over the coming years!
