As the UK’s fastest growing independent Technology Service Provider to the retail and B2C sector, PMC can look back with a sense of accomplishment on a host of recent milestones. 

Earlier this year, PMC celebrated 22 years of successful business, received ISG acclaim for a stand-out ‘retail first’ philosophy, and ISO27001 accreditation. Now, after a record year with over 180 new employees joining PMC, the company has welcomed its 500th employee.

Speaking about the significance of PMC’s growth, CEO Rich Lowe, comments,

In the last 12 months alone, we have supported global IT deployments across four continents, assisted customers with technology strategy, and built solutions for payments, ticketing, stock management, click and collect, pick pack and despatch, in-store ordering, pop-up shops and store solutions. At the same time, we’ve integrated point of sale systems to major payments platforms, and our managed services team now supports a global network of retail and B2C customers across 31 countries and 9 time zones at over 34,000 locations.

In recognition of achieving this significant milestone, PMC is launching a series of videos during August. Together they'll give an insight into how we work collaboratively with our customers, grow talent from within, and play our part in the wider communities within which we live and work. Delighting our customers

Alongside our consulting, managed services and solutions teams, PMC also operates a software engineering centre of excellence with highly skilled teams of software developers, testers, delivery managers and consultants, based in both the UK and India. Our teams make a big impact on PMC customers, such as the world’s largest retailer of diamond jewellery, Signet Jewelers, who commented:
