PMC, the leading provider of IT services to the retail sector, today announced changes to its Operating Board. Founder, Paul Mason, has implemented changes to augment the strength and experience of PMC's Senior Management Team to support the company's growth ambitions.
Over the past two years PMC has invested heavily in people, infrastructure and technology in order to develop its digital and cost transformation offering to retailers. PMC’s staff count will have grown by over 30% since 2017 and this rate is expected to continue across the next two years as more businesses look to PMC to help drive their digital and cost transformation strategies.

Richard Lowe will become CEO whilst Paul Mason assumes the role of Executive Chairman. Previously CEO of BT Expedite (now part of Aptos), Richard joins after 15 years at BT where he has led and grown several businesses and was previously Commercial Director of BT Corporate. Richard will lead the Operating Board.
Hazel Olivier, previously CTO at Retail Assist joins as PMC’s CTO. Simon Curtis, previously Head of Large Corporate Business at Worldpay, assumes the newly created role of Sales & Marketing Director.
Huw Thomas, Managing Director of PMC has been working with the company to ensure a smooth transition to the new board members before taking early retirement.
