The Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will have the opportunity to be responsible for brand asset management and supporting the marketing team across a wide range of marketing programmes. The PMC Marketing team host several high-profile events each year with both customers and partners, as the Marketing Assistant you will have the opportunity to provide coordination support with these events.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in Marketing. The Head of Marketing is keen to support someone who is proactive in wanting to progress their career and will provide advice and mentorship

Your Background

  • Brand Asset Management- Taking a proactive approach to ensure that all brand assets are kept up to date on the PMC intranet site and that they meet business needs.
  • Coordinate online and in-person events including booking venues, sending out invitations, managing attendee lists and ensuring that the right technology is in place for online events.
  • Briefing the Graphic Designer on new brand requirements
  • Working with the Marketing Campaign Manager to provide support on marketing campaigns
  • Writing internal communications to update the business about marketing programmes

Your Background

  • Basic understanding of B2B marketing principles and programmes
  • Experience coordinating events both in person and online
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a good eye for branding and design
  • Ideally you will also have experience supporting marketing activities
  • A CIM certification is desirable but not essential
