Head of Talent Acquisition

The Role

In this key role for PMC, the core focus will be to take ownership for developing and implementing PMC’s resourcing strategy, enabling the Company to meet its ambitious headcount growth targets.

You will also lead on market understanding both locally and nationally, providing insights and recommendations as to how PMC needs to adapt it’s resourcing approach to changing market needs.


  • Demonstrable experience of developing and implementing a resourcing strategy that has successfully delivered organizational needs.
  • Strong people leader, with experience of developing and coaching a team to be successful.
  • Excellent understanding of the local (Gujarat) and national recruitment market.
  • Strong experience across the end to end recruitment cycle, preferably with IT roles and job families.
  • Experience of leading entry level talent plans and building effective relationships with universities and academic partners.
  • Experience of leading or supporting employer branding initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal stakeholders, external partners and candidates).
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. job boards, social networks, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking System.
  • Strong organization skills, with the ability to project manage and prioritize across a wide range of priorities.
