Freshworks Administrator / Developer

The Role

The Freshworks Administrator / Developer – Managed Services, reports to the Technical Product Specialist, it is an important role for PMC and is seen as an enabler improving efficiencies through automation, workflow and adoption of service desk best practices based on the ITIL framework.

You will be accountable for the ongoing administration, management, and development of PMC’s Freshworks’ Freshservice MSP ITSM toolset used by support staff as well as customers.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience working in a ITSM administration or development function
  • Experience working within a Managed Service or IT Support function
  • Demonstrable experience of effectively managing a software vendor
  • Experience in managing key stakeholders for the development and use of the ITSM toolset 
  • Ability to negotiate with key stakeholders regarding the delivery of required changes
  • Confident to push back and manage expectations as required.
  • A tenacity to drive change within an organization to demonstrate improvements identified as part of a Solution Improvement Program.
