PMC is the first Enactor accredited Partner for the delivery and support of the Enactor Retail Systems Platform. Through the partnership, PMC and Enactor provide integrated business solutions matched by a project delivery expertise that ensures a return on the technology investment.
Retail Consulting
PMC provides consulting services to guide retailers through the often difficult transition from one significant system to another. Our Business Analysts will guide you through the discovery of the as-is process and systems configuration, then work with you to define the requirements of the new system, including interfaces, external systems and additional vendors.
Project Delivery
For Enactor and other retail platforms, our delivery teams can swiftly deliver out of the box capabilities, with future project phases delivering the incremental changes when required. These might be Enactor’s OMS, CRM, Payments or Inventory features. PMC can also manage the completion of a gold build, first into pilot stores, then by rapid deployment to the remainder of the estate.
Application Support
Upon project completion, there is a seamless handover to PMC support teams for call handling and issue resolution on a day to day basis. Our Service Desk resolves >70% of calls without the need for call back. The PMC Application Support team and our hardware support partner respond to all other queries.
PMC is Enactor’s first Certified Solution Implementation and Support Services Partner. To achieve the accreditation, Enactor has trained and certified PMC’s retail team, including business analysts, a solutions consultant, project manager, service desk analysts, application consultants and pre-sales consultants, in the use, support and delivery of Enactor solutions.
