A personalised customer campaign offering shoppers direct access to exclusive offers on product held in store was a new initiative for a global cosmetics retailer and PMC customer.

The Graphene 'Direct to Shopper' module delivered sign-up pages, campaign management, product creation and load, SMS/MMS capability, order management and micro-site functionality.

Signed-up consumers enjoyed the campaign micro-site, with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and card payment options. Product was picked, packed and despatched from stores to the customer’s home, with order and sales reporting imported daily into the retailer’s SAP ERP.
