Position: Customer Service Advisor (French)

Our customer/support services team provide high quality customer support to PMC’s customers and internal business functions. This role is crucial to ensure great customer satisfaction for our customers by resolving the customers issues at first point of call. As a customer service role within an IT solutions and services company an interest in technology is key.
Answering incoming calls in either English and French from our retail customers in a professional and courteous manner. Following written guidance, scripts and procedures to manage issues through to resolution. Ensuring issues are logged accurately and in a detailed manner in our ticketing tool.
What you need to be successful:
You will be strong customer service focused with a desire to deliver a high-quality service and an empathy for the customer and their issue. Self-motivated and highly professional with the ability to follow through on tasks and an ability to communicate clearly, concisely and accurately both internally and externally is essential. Full training will be provided on our processes and ticketing tool.
PMC helpdesk provides support in English, French, and German. Therefore, a fluency in 2 out of 3 is essential.
