Adoption UK is the leading charity in the United Kingdom that was founded by adoptive parents to offer support, advice, information, and encouragement to the established and prospective adopters.

Every year around 6,000 children need to be adopted in the U.K alone. Most of these children are of school-going age and more than 50% of them are siblings who need to be placed together considering their religious and ethnic backgrounds.  Adoption UK connects adoptive families, provide information, and signposting on the various range of adoption-related issues. They also campaign for improvements to adoption policies and legislation at the highest level. Adoption UK is the largest voice of adopters in the U.K.

PMC has been proudly associated with the Adoption UK since 2003.  Through Company donations and fundraising efforts, and in partnership projects we have enabled Adoption UK to launch its website and community forum. The PMC team has cycled from Oxford to Cambridge, and round the Isle of Wight as well as running the Oxford Half marathon. The team has also jumped out of planes, held raffles and the popular annual Christmas jumper day for raising money to support the work of Adoption UK.
