Account Manager

Location: Vadodara

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a business function called Sales Enablement (SE).  The function will support our company at a very exciting time of growth, helping us lay down the foundations for a new five-year plan to accelerate the growth of this already highly successful business.

As a Account Manager, you will be assigned to customer accounts and will be expected to:

  • Build & maintain strong relationships
  • Manage ongoing services and identify any potential new sales opportunities and
  • Retain current revenue.

 You will also be assigned to the group of Sales and Account Managers, providing them with the support needed to drive new sales and business development. You will be expected to become familiar with PMC’s customers and be able to deal with certain requests either directly or via the Account or Sales Managers.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing and growing corporate client relationships
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients at all levels
  • Commercial acumen
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
  • Proven experience of using the CRM tools. Skilled in managing CRM pipelines, tracking orders, and proficient in forecasting, budgeting, and planning through Excel macros and CRM Tool
  • Prepare and present reports on account status, insights, and service enhancements to both clients and internal teams
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
