We are currently looking to add to our 1st Line Customer Support Team here in the UK. This role plays a crucial part in the business and is responsible for ensuring great customer satisfaction is achieved at all times! Our aim is to resolve our customers’ issues at first point of call, so a passion for delivering customer service excellence will be key! Our support services provide high quality operational and technical application/systems support to our customers and internal business functions – therefore, an interest or experience in the technology field will be advantageous
